Welcome to my monthly programs and One-on-One personal training sessions, tailored to meet you exactly where you are in your fitness and nutrition journey. Each monthly program is crafted to empower your progress with individualized weekly meal plans, personalized workout routines, weekly one-on-one coaching calls, and dedicated personal training sessions. As your coach, I'm committed to your success every step of the way. As your personal trainer, I will ensure your safety and proper recovery through a well-balanced fitness program to help you reach your goals.
Each plan is personalized according your goals. Nutrition Plans and Strength Training Plans change weekly. Cardio Goals are set each week as well.
A 45-minute Virtual Personal Training Session is scheduled each week with each new Strength Training Workout
I'm available around the clock from Monday to Saturday to provide support and guidance via text messages. Whether it's regarding nutrition, workouts, or handling crisis situations, my aim is to assist you in achieving your goals and ensuring your success.
My Facebook support group is a great way to connect with others in the coaching program and to share successes and milestones! Demo videos and nutrition tips are posted weekly.
Personal training sessions can be bought in a monthly package or individually. I take a collaborative approach to training my clients, incorporating elements of strength, CORE, endurance, cardiovascular strength, and flexibility, while helping my clients achieve their individual fitness and health goals.
These sessions can be either virtual or in-person in the downtown area of San Diego.
